Sponsorship
Sponsorship can range from 200 Euros to 5000 Euros
200 Euros will allow a company a basic exhibit space i.e. Table/Chairs
400 Euros will allow a company to post their logo on the conference site and conference documentation.
750 Euros will allow a company one free registration fee, company logo on the website, conference documentation and exhibit space for documentation.
1 000 Euros will allow exhibition space, two free registrations, company logo on website and conference documentation.
5 000 Euros will allow a company to be a sole sponsor of a social event. There are currently two possible events:
Poster event
Young scientist event
The company will be invited to open the event, its sponsorship will be prominently displayed and it will be invited to present best poster award/young scientists award at the Closing Ceremony.
